استقبال الكرة من الأسفل بالساعدين هو إحدى المهارات الأساسية في كرة الطائرة. يتعلق الأمر بتلقي الكرة بطريقة صحيحة باستخدام الساعدين (المعصمين)، حيث يتم استخدامهما لتوجيه الكرة وتوزيعها بشكل صحيح لفريقك.

لتنفيذ هذه المهارة بشكل صحيح، يجب أن تكون الساعدين في وضعية جاهزة لاستقبال الكرة. يتم وضع الأيدي على شكل قبضة فتاحة، حيث يكون الإصبعين السبابة والوسطى مستقيمين وملامسين، بينما تكون الأصابع الأخرى ملتصقة ببعضها البعض. الأيدي يجب أن تكون في مستوى صدرك ومستعدة للاستقبال.

عندما تقترب الكرة منك، يجب أن تستخدم حركة الساعدين لاستقبالها. تبدأ بإجراء حركة قوية للأسفل باستخدام الساعدين، وتلتف حول الكرة بلطف لامتصاص القوة. يجب أن يكون اللمسة خفيفة ودقيقة لتوجيه الكرة باتجاه اللاعبين الآخرين في فريقك.
