اليهود ينفقون مع المؤمنين في حالةِ القتال. اليهود من بني عوف أَمَة مع المؤمنين. اليهود لهم دينهم ومواليهم وأنفسهم؛ إِلَّا من ظلم وأفسد منهم. اليهود يَتَكَفَّلُونَ بنفقتهم، والمسلمون يَتَكَفَّلُونَ بنفقتهم. اليهود والمسلمون بينهم اَلنَّصْر على من حارب دستور المدينة، وَالنَّصْر للمظلوم.. 

وثيقة المدينة هي وثيقة تاريخية تعود إلى القرن السابع الميلادي، وقد تم وضعها في المدينة المنورة في السعودية. تم وضع هذه الوثيقة لتنظيم العلاقة بين المسلمين واليهود في ذلك الوقت. الوثيقة تحتوي على عدة بنود تهدف إلى تعزيز السلام والتعايش السلمي بين الجانبين. إليك بعض البنود الرئيسية في وثيقة المدينة:

1- حقوق المسلمين واليهود: تنص الوثيقة على حقوق المسلمين واليهود في الدين والحكم والأمن والعدل والحرية الشخصية.

2- الحرية الدينية: تؤكد الوثيقة على حرية المسلمين واليهود في ممارسة أديانهم وطقوسهم الدينية دون تدخل أو عنف.

3- التعاون والتعايش: تحث الوثيقة على التعاون والتعايش السلمي بين المسلمين واليهود في الأمور الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية.

4- حل النزاعات والمنازعات: توجد بنود في الوثيقة تعزز حل النزاعات والمنازعات بين المسلمين واليهود بطرق سلمية وعادلة.

5- الأمان والحماية: تعهد الوثيقة بتوفير الأمان والحماية للمسلمين واليهود على حد سواء، وذلك من خلال توفير الأمن العام وحماية حرية الأفراد.

وثيقة المدينة تعد مثالًا تاريخيًا على التعايش السلمي بين الجماعات الدينية المختلفة، وتعكس قيم العدل والمساواة والتسامح بين أتباع الديانات المختلفة.
